The strategic planning process involveD the entire campus, however, most of the work was carried out by the Strategic Planning and Resource Committee (SPARC). The core of SPARC consisted of members of the standing Committee on Strategic Planning and Priorities (CSPP). For the purposes of effective planning, President Gitenstein appointed additional members to constitute SPARC.
SPARC was co-chaired by Jacqueline Taylor, Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs and Shaun Wiley, Associate Professor for the Department of Psychology.
